Return & Exchange Policy

At Unique Bike, we strive to provide your motorcycle with the highest quality spare parts and accessories. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help in accordance with the regulations of the Saudi Ministry of Commerce.

1. Return & Exchange Period

  • Returns: Customers are entitled to request a return within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Exchanges: Customers can request an exchange within 14 days of receiving the order.
  • Defective/Wrong Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect part, you have up to 30 days to report it for a full refund or replacement.

2. Acceptable Product Condition

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Unused & Uninstalled: Parts must not have been mounted, bolted, or installed on a motorcycle. Any signs of grease, tool marks, or bolt wear will result in a rejection of the request.
  • Original Packaging: The item must be in its original, undamaged packaging, including all tags, manuals, and protective films.
  • Electrical Parts: For safety reasons, opened electrical components (e.g., sensors, ECUs, or lighting kits) are non-returnable unless they are proven to have a manufacturing defect upon arrival.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Store Error: If we sent the wrong item or the product is defective, Unique Bike will cover 100% of the return and replacement shipping costs.
  • Change of Mind: For standard returns (e.g., changing your mind or ordering the wrong size/spec), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Refund Process & Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Inspection: We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 2–3 business days.
  • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (Mada, Visa/MasterCard, or Apple Pay).
  • Expected Time: Refunds usually take 7–14 business days to appear in your bank account, or will be adjusted via your installment provider (Tabby/Tamara) according to their terms.

5. Non-Returnable Items (Legal Exceptions)

In accordance with Saudi Arabian E-commerce Law, the right to return does not apply in the following cases:

  • Customized Products: Items manufactured or modified specifically to the customer's request (e.g., custom-painted fairings, specifically engraved parts, or special orders not from general stock), unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • Consumable Parts: Items that have been affected by misuse or incorrect installation attempts.

6. How to Initiate a Return

Please contact our support team via WhatsApp or email with your Order Number and clear photos of the item and its original packaging.
